Scott initially began working part-time after transitioning from his role as the Captain of Fulham FC’s youth team, where he played football full-time. His initial foray into the industry was primarily aimed at adjusting to a new career path and achieving financial stability. However, as he continued to immerse himself in the work at Hortus Forma, Scott discovered a genuine passion for the industry and the tasks involved.
